Eugene Mc Guinness is by no means new to the music scene, earning a name for himself as a singer songwriter since 2007 and performing as part of Miles Kane’s band. However,  with 2012 came a new hair do, and a bit of a re-invention.
His distinct voice and super cool presence on stage leave us in no doubt that Eugene is a born frontman. Combined with an exceptional quality of songs, this guy has all the ingredients to go right to the top.  
It is obvious that his time as part of Mile’s band has influenced his music but there is a distinct ‘retro pop’ feel to the music that gives Eugene quite an individual style.  Each and every song oozed originality.  Finishing with the current single ‘Shotgun’ , we were left craving the forthcoming album.
